Conquer Padel Club owners share our philosophy and are passionate about bringing this amazing, fun sport to communities across the U.S. While prior sports franchise experience is not required, you should have the business management experience and skills to learn our system and develop a strong operations team.
We provide end-to-end support, including site selection guidance, club design and construction specs, plus operational and marketing advice, and ongoing training. Franchisees don’t need prior experience in Padel — we equip them with the tools to grow. Franchisees receive comprehensive training on the Conquer Padel Club™ franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our franchise team will travel to your location for three to five days to provide additional training and to make sure you are confident and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the Conquer Padel Club™ confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $1,119,250
to $3,035,750. This includes a $60,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a royalty fee equal to 7% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Conquer Padel Club owners will be required to spend a minimum of $2,000 per month on local marketing for the first five months after the Grand Opening period and a minimum of $1,000 per month beginning in month six and thereafter, as well as a minimum of $20,000 on their Grand Opening. You will also contribute 2% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Conquer Padel Club brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.

Jimmy Lewin, Business Consultant for Conquer Padel, has over 40 years of expertise in international banking, business planning, and funding strategies.
Jimmy leads Cayenne Consulting’s Immigration & Investor Visa practice and helps clients across diverse industries secure financing and achieve growth.
Gonzalo Mata, Co-Founder of Conquer Padel, is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and airline pilot with a passion for adventure, sports, and hospitality.
