Conquer Padel expansion in the U.S. is picking up momentum as the sport surges nationwide, and we’re proud to be leading that growth in meaningful ways. As the first U.S. operator to launch a franchise model for this fast-growing sport, our team is celebrating a series of key milestones that signal an exciting future.
A Flagship Launch in Tempe
Our first U.S. club officially opened its doors in Tempe, Arizona, and the response has been inspiring. By the time we held our grand opening on September 20, we had already welcomed 176 founding members. The club is being recognized as one of the premier padel facilities in the country — a clear reflection of our focus on quality, community, and long-term growth.
Strategic Expansion Through Franchising
We’re expanding thoughtfully with experienced partners who share our vision.
- Florida: Entrepreneurs Matthew Sands and Justin Flynn (Director of Pickleball & Tennis at Eagle Harbor) are spearheading our launch in Orlando, with the first club planned for August 2026, followed by additional locations.
- Northeast: Earlier this year, we partnered with Alex, Greg, and Robert Baker, seasoned operators with a track record of running over 20 Planet Fitness gyms. Their focus is on bringing Conquer Padel to multiple markets, starting with four new clubs in the Northeast.
Conquer Padel Expansion in the U.S.: National Tour
To introduce more people to padel nationwide, we’re rolling out the Conquer Padel Tour — a series of pop-up activations in key U.S. cities including Los Angeles, New York, Austin, and Orlando.
With the support of partners such as Siux, Instantcourts, and Mindspring Padel, the tour will feature:
- Open play sessions
- Clinics for all skill levels
- Professional exhibitions
- Charity events
Our Tempe preview event drew hundreds of new players, many of whom signed up as members after their very first session.
