A U.S. Air Force veteran with a strong background in adventure sports and hospitality, Gonzalo Mata is a proven entrepreneur and co-founder of Baja Adventure Co. His expertise in operations and team management, combined with a passion for business and sports, has been key to his success.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Gonzalo works as a pilot for a major U.S. airline. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, photography, and spending time with his family, bringing balance to his active and professional lifestyle.
