My Story
Tom Konkowski is a seasoned entrepreneur, financial strategist, and pioneer in the pickleball and padel sports industries. With a deep passion for business development and a proven track record of success, Tom has built a diverse career helping individuals and businesses thrive.
As one of the original founders and developers of Espire Sports, one of the first and largest indoor pickleball facilities in the U.S., Tom led the development of a 110,000-square-foot sports complex in Prescott, Arizona, which features 14 indoor and 5 outdoor pickleball courts, a basketball floor, a full-service restaurant, a pro shop, golf simulators and a gym. This innovative project not only positioned him as a key player in the growing sports industry but also allowed him to hone his expertise in franchise operations, site selection, and management.
In addition to his work in the sports sector, Tom has over 29 years of experience in investment, tax, legal, real estate, franchise sales and insurance services. As the founder of Vista Wealth Network, he has guided countless clients through the intricacies of financial planning, wealth management and starting new businesses, helping them achieve long-term success. His credentials include advanced certifications such as MSFS, RICP®, and CWS®, and he is a published author of Financial Life Management.
Over the years, Tom has expanded his focus to business and franchise development, helping aspiring entrepreneurs identify and evaluate opportunities that align with their financial goals and personal interests. As an IPTPA-certified pickleball instructor, Tom remains at the forefront of innovation in racquet sports and continues to champion community-driven initiatives aimed at expanding opportunities for players and franchise owners alike.
